For breakfast I ate GORP as I was hungry from last night. Prob 600 calories.

Ran for lunch. 4 miles, at 155 hr. 7:45 miles. in 31 minutes i lost 2.5 lbs of water weight. at 79-80 temperature on the roof. weight before, on roof gym scale 224 lbs. good stuff. burned about 570 calories. 600 for rounding.

Lunch. Chicken sandwich (calorie king says at 8 oz its 500) so at 9.5 (weight) its 600.
Bread. Italian. 4 slices at 8.5 ounces (each one is 2.1 then) at 77 calories an oz its 650 (or 160 a slice). Lunch is 1250.

Total: Gross is 1850. Net is 1250.

Another lunch breakdown. 280 calorie lean pocket and prob 1000 calories worth of GORP. Say 1300.

Gross is 3150. Net 2550.

So then I want nuts unfortunately. I went to go lift and stretch and sauna, since it wasnt that intensive I say at most I burned an extra 100 calories.

Eating. Duck soup and chicken and salad at thai. I am sure duck soup with noodles was calorie intensive. I cant guess but I say the meal was over 1100 calories. Even worst, then I got a piece of cake and a cup of white chocolate expresso. I say another 750 calories.

So to summarize. About 5000 gross calories. And net was about 4300. If my daily needs are 2500 then my surplus was 1800 and if 2800 then it was 1500. This offsets monday and tuesday.
