Apple Fritter from Starbucks - 500 calories plus two 5 shot cafe americanos, with avg 2 0z of milk each and one packet of splenda. Prob another 50 calories.

At lunch ran 5.58 miles on clay track. 10 minutes regular warm up with some pick ups. Avg HR about 151 so just Zone 2 stuff. 16 laps = 1.28 miles. HR monitor says 174 calories burned.

Time trial: 30 minutes. Avg HR last 20 minutes 177. Total Calories burned 664. 53.75 laps ran which was 4.30 miles.

So lunch time calories burned was 838 or the usual 150 per mile.

Also weighed myself at lunch on the roof scale was 225.2 which means I lost 1 lbs in one week given all the food I ate last week. And I had food in my stomach on the scale, vs yesterday and last monday. Weird.

Lunch. Turkey Sandwich. 500 calories. Chicken Salad Sandwich 600 calories. Banana 5.2 oz 130 calories.

Total Gross for the day so far 1780 calories. Net 940 apx.

After work, lifted in the gym for 30 minutes. Maybe burned a 100 calories.
Then ran 4 miles, at slow 140 HR pace with Joy, according to HR monitor 605 calories. So Burned another 705 calories for a day total of 1550 aproximately. Bay club electronic scale pre workout 224.4. lbs with lunch food in me.

Dinner. Lamb stew. 800 calories. Lamb burger. 500 calories. Steak fries. 500 calories. Guiness. 100 calories. Total 1900. Delicious!

Had a coffee with a bit of milk and splenda at the Sharanski meeting and a pound cake, very tiny one. 150 calories. After meeting, had tea (2 cups) and 5 small pieces of cheese cake (tiny squares) 250 calories approximately. 400 Total. Diet snapple at home.

For the day Gross: 4100 approximately. Net: 2550.
