Ran 11.4 miles in 90 minutes. and did a core workout for 15 minutes afterwards. 1700 calories burned.
During run consumed 2 gel shots. 200 calories.
After run fruit smoothie, extra protein at bay club. I dont know, really? 350 calories.
Breakfast/lunch at curly's: omelet 8 egg-whites (150 calories), double dose of chicken (250 calories), mushroom, green pepper, tomato and cheese (200 calories). Home fries (350 calories???). 2 pieces of toast with jam. (300 calories). coffee with sugar and half and half (100 calories).
Total breakfast and for day: 1350 calories and 1900 calories.
Chinese food for dinner. mix of chicken chow main, string bean chicken and some shrimp. No idea how much. 800 calories maybe?
9.5 beers (5 bud lights at 96 calories and 4.5 tiger beers at 132 each) (1075 calories).
Hot pocket: 300 calories.
Total for day: 4075 gross. Net: 2375 calories.
Weight before run: 227.6
For week: Total consumed: 25,800. Total Workouts: 9,450. Total RMR: 18,450.
Net for week: Net 2100 calories. Now, I have been very conservative on my food calories so it could be less consumed.
