subway: doublestacked pepper turkey sandwich footlong. 6 inch double stacked = 330. so two stacked 660. (white italian bread is 400 calories of that...interchangable with wheat?). 4 half slices of american cheese. at 20 each = 80. Fat free honey mustard at 30 1.5 tablespoons, maybe 60? Total. 800. Sandwich weighs almost 20 oz!!! at noon.
For lunch total 940. For day total is 1780.
Crispie Marshmallow Rice Crispie Treat from Starbucks as snack at 3 pm. 410 calories.
Swimming for 50 minutes and Running for 45 minutes equals about 1400 calories burned.
Got a 1 lbs of green string beans mixed with edamame and lettuce salad. Maybe 260 calories, per calorie king,
