Workout:
Swam: 1520 yards, about 35 minutes including 1000 yard time trial. According to nutrition data (between fast/vigorous and moderate effort of freestyle) the calories burned were 500 to 715. I say 500 because they tend to overestimate my effort level on biking and running.
Bikes. 60 minutes on stationary at 240 watts and 135 average HR. Calories burned 850.
Weighed myself at 228.2 with food in system. Total exercise calories burned 1350.
Gross for the day 2250, net 900.
Dinner. Large Hot and Sour soup. 500 calories. Wontons. 400 calories. Gigantic Giordano brothers sandwich (has fries, double turkey, egg, cheese and cole slaw on it). I am sure at least 800 calories. Cookie. 250 calories. Total dinner 1950.
Total for the day. 4200 calories. Net 2750.
