Breakfast

Two 5 shot cafe americanos, 2 oz of non-fat milk, one splenda. 25 calories each. 50 calories.

Plain Bagel, toasted, starbucks, 330 calories (per website).
Trader Joe's (not Greek) "Banilla" yogurt - about 14 oz (the case is 27 at 665 calories) - 345 calories.
10 oz of apricots - about 125 calories.

Total Breakfast 850 calories.

cliff bar. 250 calories. 11 am.

Total before lunch. 1100 calories.

Lifted at noon. 100 calories burned. Weighed myself. 228.0 lbs at Bay Club B of A gym.

Lunch at 1:30 pm: one turkey sandwich. one chicken salad sandwich. from deli downstairs. I guess about 1000 calories all together.

Total for the day so far: 2100 calories.

3 pm: Balance gold: high protein nutrition energy bar. 210 calories.

Biked for 70 minutes in the gym...HR says 865 calories burned.

Dinner: 7 pm. brown rice: 320 calories. package of turkey meat: 260 calories.

at 9 pm over Colleen's house: small (half a normal) slice of deep dish meat pizza: 200 to 300 calories.

at 10:30 at Eric's birthday party: small (smaller then normal small at grocery store serving) piece of german chocolate cake. 300 to 400 calories.

Total Dinner: 1080 to 1280 calories. I say, 1140.

Total for the day: Gross: 3450. Net: 2450.
