Lunch: Salami Sandwich, Chicken Salad sandwich. 600 each. Apple. 100 calories. 1300 calories total.

For the day so far 1850 calories.

Quick 30 minute lifting session before lunch. maybe burned a 100 calories. Weight on electronic scale with food in me. 226.4 lbs.

Ran 6.6 miles at really (really) easy zone 1 pace. Avg HR was 140. Calories burned 1050.

Dinner. Went to trader joes.

Pastrami - 320 calories

Chocolate Cadberry Bar - 500 calories

Probably drank a gallon of diet ice tea too. zero calories.
