No breakfast. Ran 8 miles on roof during lunch, at 8:35/miles. 1200 calories apx. Lunch will be a trader joes panini 660 calories, beef jerky 320 calories and a hand full of GORP at 500 to 600 calories. Total: approximately 1550 calories. Net: 350.

Had two slices of pizza from Escape from NY Pizza after playing (very lazy) tennis with liam. I say 325 a slice. (calorie king says 250 to 300). so 650. Daily total 2200 so far. Net. 1000.

2 guinesses. 250 calories. chocolate cake. 600 ???. Daily total: 3050 calories. Net. 2050 calories.

Deficit at 2500 calories: 450 calories. at 2800 calories: 750 calories.

Weighed myself before the run in the work upstairs gym: 226 lbs and after tennis with liam at the bay club gym. 224.4 lbs.
