Breakfast.

Two 5 shot cafe americanos, 2 oz of non-fat milk, one splenda. 25 calories each. 50 calories.

Plain Bagel, toasted, starbucks, 330 calories (per website).
Starbucks parfeit - 320 calories.

Total Breakfast 700 calories.

Trail mix bar at 11:00 am. 140 calories.

lifted: 100 calories burned.

Lunch. Turkey sandwich and caesar salad (8oz) from palios. I say turkey sandwich and salad 900 calories (450 -500 sandwich, 400-450 salad).

Another trail mix bar at 3 pm. 140 calories.

weight before workout 225.2 ... some food in me.

spin class 55 min at 915 calories.

dinner at jenna's: salad with light caesar dressing (200-300) olive bread (2 small pieces...150?), sausage, peppers and pasta (500 - 650?). soft bread cake (100 calories) ... a handful of strawberries (50-75) ... with light whip cream (100 - 150 calories) ... small scoop of gelato (200 ??)

So dinner total: 1300 to 1625.


Gross: 3040 to 3365. Net: 2025 to 2350.
