Trader Joe's (not Greek) "Banilla" yogurt - about 13 oz (the case is 27 at 665 calories) - 320 calories. 7 am.
Total Breakfast 600 calories.
cliff bar. 250 calories. 10 am.
Run on the roof during lunch for 30 minutes at noon. 500 calories burned.
1 pm: 2 sandwiches: prosciutto (herbed foccaccia, grilled onions, prosciutto, fresh mozzarella ) - I guess 650 calories. chicken salad sandwich. 600 calories.
Total Lunch: 1250 calories. Total for the day: 2100 calories.
2:30 pm. protein bar. 210 calories.
Swam: About 500 calories burned.
Dinner:
1.5 lbs of salad and 290 grams of salmon (400 calories for salmon, salad??? 400).
2 beers. 200 calories.
a handful of sesame crackers. 150 calories.
bag of beef jerky (high in protein) 200 calories.
3 bananas 300 calories.
2 protein bars. 400 calories.
Total dinner: 2050.
Total Day: 4400 gross. 3300 net.
