Two whole wheat pieces of toast. 150 calories.
Trader Joe's Greek Yogurt (with 3 splendas) - 240 calories.

Total Breakfast 440 calories. 7:00 am.

Beef Jerky: 240 calories. 10: am.

Lunchtime bike ride: 45 minutes, easy. 450 calories.

Lunch. Turkey Sandwich 14 oz. Smaller bread content then before (different deli) with avocado and cheese. 660 calories. Cobb Salad 440 calories. Fruit cup 10 oz. 100 calories. . Total for lunch 1200 calories. 12:30 pm.

Protein Bar: 210 calories. 3 pm.

Total for day - About 2100 calories.

Swam for 45 minutes. About 700 calories burned.

Dinner: TJ chicken pasta frozen stuff. drained the sauce so from 880, i say 800. Chicken panini from one of those healthy choice outfits. 350 calories. 7:30 pm

Beef Jerky - 240 calories. Orange, peeled, 5 oz. 70 calories.

Total for day: 3550 calories. Net: 2400 calories.
