Two whole wheat pieces of toast. 150 calories.
Trader Joe's Greek Yogurt (with 3 splendas) - 240 calories.

Total Breakfast 440 calories. 7:00 am.

Beef Jerky: 210 calories. 10:30 am.

Lunch time lifting: 100 calories burned.

Lunch: Chicken salad with Balasamic Vinegar. Total 16 oz. 9.5 oz salad. 45 calories. 3.5 oz chicken. 155 calories. Balsamic vinegar: 3 oz. 225 calories. Total 425 calories.

Fruit cup. 115 calories. 1:30 pm.

Protein bar: 210 calories. 2:15 calories.

Total for day so far: 1400 calories.

Spin class. Very intense. No HR monitor but I am sure it was over a 1000 calories. One 100 calorie gel shot taken.

Dinner:

Linguini, tomatoes and chicken - Safeway Bertoli kind. 760 calories. 40 grams of protein.
Cobb Salad (with chicken) and Champagne dressing, safeway - 510 calories
