Total Breakfast 430 calories. 6:00 am.
Protein Bar: 200 calories. 9;00 am.
100 pushups on the roof (pushup wednesday!). Weight on upstairs gym scale (the heavy one 225.5)
Lunch. Progresso soup: Beef and Vegetable: 200 calories (1700 mg of sodium!)
Chef Salad...as measured out:
- 11.5 oz of salad - 50 calories.
- 1 oz of egg - 40 calories
- 1 oz of turkey - 30 calories
- 2.5 oz of red wine vinegrette and oil - 200 calories
I threw away 1.3 oz of cheese :-)
12:30 pm.
Total Salad : 320 calories. Total lunch: 520 calories. Total for day 1150 calories.
Beef Jerky: 240 calories. 2:30 pm.
Swam 55+ minutes and ran 7 miles for 55 minutes. Total calories burned about 1900. In between the swim and the run I ate two (4 oz each) bananas 200 calories (and 56 grams of carbs) and after the run had a "blue one" protein fruit smoothie with soy milk and extra whey??? protein. It weighed about 14.5 oz and is somewhere between 200 to 300 calories so for rounding I'd say 260. Done around 7:15 pm and shake about 7:30 pm.
Total pre-dinner 1850. Total burned 1900.
Dinner: "Signature Cafe" Savory Mushroom and Brie Soup (Safeway) about 750 grams (3 cups) at 390 calories. 10 oz of tomatoes. 50 calories. and oven roasted chicken breast 10 oz at 250 calories and 55 grams of protein. Surprisingly not hungry after this. Dinner Total: 690 calories. 8:30 to 9:30 pm.
Total for Day: Gross: about 2550 calories. Net for day: about 650 calories. good times.
