Breakfast - TJ Corn Flakes cereal with skim milk. 500 calories. 6:30 am.
Bike ride - was easier then i thought. so didnt burn as many calories as I thought I would. 1200 calories.
During ride had 2 power bars at 180 mm of sodium plus 6 sodium tabs at 40 mm each 600 mm in 3:40 hours of bike time. Still went to the bathroom a few times, need more. Each bar had 42 grams of carbs. 380 calories. total.
Breakfast after ride. Some breakfast place outside presidio with bruce and colleen. smaller then imagined. chicken, egg white (4 eggs) some cheese, paltry amount of potatoes, and two pieces of toast (one with jam). Mimosa. I dont know...800 calories? - 12 pm.
Still hungry. Peanutbutter and chocolate chip pancakes (3) at Curly's with syrup and 3 coffees with sugar and cream. 1000 calories, if I had to guess. 2:00 pm.
Total for day so far: 2700 calories.
Cobb Salad - 440 calories. 5 pm.
Teryaki Chicken and Rice (TJ) - 610 calories. 6:30 pm.
Total for day so far - 3750 calories.
4 beers. miller lite. 400 calories.
some sort of chicken and rice dishes at the peace corps party. i dont know. 600 calories.
apple when i got home. 150 calories.
4900 calories. gross. 3700 net.
