10 oz of tomatoes at 3:30 am. I was hungry. - 50 calories.

Breakfast. Since taking the GMATs this morning I skipped the usual routine.

Had an omelet with sausage, mushrooms, onions and tomatoes, with 3 small pieces of toast and a few pieces of fruit. Coffee with sugar and half and half. No cheese and no potatoes.

I guesstimated that the omelet itself was at least 4 eggs so 500 calories, sausage was 300 calories, fruit and vegetables inside the omelet were 100 calories and toast was 200 calories. Total 1100 calories. - 7 am.

Lunch: Soup Chunky Beef with Hearty Vegetable 300 calories.
Chicken Caesar Salad, as weighed out:

Romaine lettuce 6 oz - 3o calories
Cheese .7 oz -80 calories
Chicken - 3 oz - 140 calories
Croutons - .7 oz -100 calories
Caesar Dressing - 2.7 oz - 260 calories.

Protein Bar. 200 calories - 12:30 pm.

For total salad is about 600 calories. Total Lunch is 1100 calories. Total for day so far is 2250 calories.

Rode spin bike for 90 minutes and 29 miles. Burned about 1250 calories. Done at 6 pm.

Dinner:

Tomato soup - 360 calories
Tomatoes 10 oz. - 50 calories
Chicken Lunch Meat - 250 calories
Lean Cuisine - Chicken Panini - 350 calories
Mango Sorbet - haf a pint - 300 calories
Protein Bar - 200 calories

From 7 to 9:30 pm at various times spread out. Total Dinner: 1500 calories.

Total for day: Gross: 3,750 calories. Net: 2,500 calories.
